Every lead removed in the CRM between Jul 2 and Jul 3 · who they were, who sent them, and why they went

Read the days, not "yesterday". The CRM stamps a removal when someone actually works the queue, so removals arrive in batches — a quiet day genuinely shows 0 and a catch-up day shows a spike. In this window only 1 of 2 days had any removals worked, averaging 425 on a day that was worked. A zero does not mean this report is broken.
What this is: the 425 people the CRM removed in the last 2 days, each with the supplier who sent them and the reason they were removed. Use it to see what you're paying for and throwing away — a supplier whose leads keep coming back "Duplicate" or "Previous Client" is sending you people you already have.
Full breakdown — one section per supplier (pick a tab)
Main is every removal; each other tab is one supplier, with its own cards, its reason / city / marketing-code breakdown, and its day-by-day grid. In the grid, read down a column to see a reason climbing or falling — the reason % is that reason's share of the day, and the Total column's % is the day's share of the window (Main) or the supplier's share of that day (supplier tabs). The ↓ on any day downloads a CSV of just that day's removed leads for the tab you're on.
