Every rate below is measured from weekend shoots Wed, 17 Jun 2026–Wed, 16 Sept 2026; lead→booking from leads received Fri, 24 Apr 2026–Wed, 22 Jul 2026; adults exclude the stopped GX + PX codes. Move the sliders to change the assumptions — slots, days, mix — and watch the lead requirement move with them.

What is measured and what is a slider. The four rates — lead→booking, show rate, cash per
show, sold per show — are measured from the appointment feeds and the CRM ROI feed, weekend shoots Wed, 17 Jun 2026–Wed, 16 Sept 2026; lead→booking from leads received Fri, 24 Apr 2026–Wed, 22 Jul 2026; adults exclude the stopped GX + PX codes.
They sit behind the Rates panel because they are the reliable half. Everything in the top
panel is an assumption you are making, which is why it is a slider and not a number in a
sentence. Cash on the day is the CRM Total Deposit — deposit + card + AfterPay — i.e. the money that
actually lands during the popup. Written is the whole agreement including the financed
balance you still have to collect, so never size cashflow on it. Bookings to make is slots × (1 + overbook). Overbooking is not reckless here: at a
65% kids / 52% adults weekend show rate, booking exactly to
your slot count leaves roughly a third of them empty. The page warns you when overbooking would
push expected bodies past the slots you actually have. Leads per body is the number to plan against, not leads per booking — a booking that
no-shows costs you the lead and the slot and returns nothing.
