Client emailed Hanna Marie Zayas 3:40?PM (2 hours ago) to me Hi Kendrick, It would be great if the portfolio could accept additional images from outside photographers instead of only the images I receive through your services. Since the purpose of your studio is to help aspiring models break into the modeling industry, it seems like portfolios shouldn't be limited to photos taken only at your studio, especially since my first experience wasn't a great one. Once things are a little easier financially, I plan on getting additional digitals from other photographers and would like to upload them to my portfolio. If that's not allowed, please let me know now. The reason I asked for the Outreach Team's email and phone number is because I've been receiving calls from several different numbers, so I wasn't sure which one is the main contact number for the Outreach Team. I did go back and find a number in my original sales email, and I've saved it. I also tried calling twice today, but it said they were unavailable. Could you let me know what their business hours are? ---------------------------- I emailed Inquiries Studio 5:53?PM (0 minutes ago) to Hanna Hello Hanna, I understand that your first experience did not meet your personal expectations, and I have already addressed those concerns and provided an available solution. However, you chose to move forward with an account reduction instead of the alternative option offered. After looking further into your question and confirming the correct information, I can clarify that you are able to upload any images you choose to your website, whether they were taken by us or obtained elsewhere. The reason I previously advised you to test this feature was that this was the first time a client had asked about uploading images from another source to a website that was created primarily to host the materials we provide. I wanted to ensure I gave you accurate guidance rather than provide an incorrect answer. When it comes to our Outreach Team, they are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time. I’m not sure which number you currently have saved, but I will reach out to the Outreach Team and have them resend their contact information to you via email. Please keep in mind that our team has previously attempted to contact you by phone and was unable to reach you. Since you have requested that we no longer call you, we are limited in our ability to return any phone inquiries or provide assistance through that method. Once you receive their email, you will have their direct contact information available for any future questions or guidance. At this stage, your account has already been adjusted, and you are currently awaiting follow-up from our Outreach Team. If you have any questions regarding your account, products, or services, please feel free to reach out, and we will be happy to assist. Otherwise, no further action is needed from you at this time, and your account is set moving forward. Kind Regards, Kendrick -------------------------- FWD to Mana

Client emailed Hanna Marie Zayas Jul 14, 2026, 4:45?PM (6 days ago) to me Hi Kendrick, Thank you for explaining what would be included in the adjusted package. Since there's no way to cancel everything, I'll go ahead and move forward with the adjusted package. I will be keeping track of my bills. I understand that I have a remaining balance of $1,050. Could you let me know when I'll be billed each month? If possible, I'd also like to move my billing date to the 1st of each month. I'm also okay with spreading the payments over 18 months, as that would really help with my financial situation. Moving forward, I do have a few questions: If I get new digitals done on my own, would I be able to upload those to my portfolio, or does it only accept photos taken through your company? My understanding is that the photoshoot I did a couple of weeks ago is the only one included in my package. Since I'm not happy with those photos, I'd like to invest in getting new digitals elsewhere and use those to better showcase myself in my portfolio. I've been receiving calls from the studio about next steps. Would it be possible to keep all communication through email instead? My schedule has been extremely busy lately, and I haven't been able to answer phone calls. I prefer being able to read through everything and respond when I have the time. If there's something that absolutely needs to be discussed over the phone, I completely understand and would be happy to schedule a call. I just can't keep up with unexpected calls throughout the day right now. Who should I contact for guidance regarding my products, resources, networking, and developing a strategy for moving forward in the industry? If there's an Outreach Team email or phone number, I'd appreciate having that contact information so I can save it for future reference. Thank you again for working with me, and I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks, Hanna Marie --------------------------- I emailed Inquiries Studio 10:36?AM (0 minutes ago) to Hanna Hello Hanna, Thank you for your email. As discussed, I have applied the adjustment to your package price to $1,500, reflecting the products and services you have already received. With the $450 you have already paid applied toward the account, your remaining balance is now $1,050. I refinanced the remaining balance over 18 months, reducing your monthly payments to approximately $58.33. I can also confirm that your payments will be due on the 1st of each month as requested. To answer your questions in order: Regarding uploading images to your portfolio that were not taken by our studio, the portfolio is designed primarily to host the images created through our services. If the platform allows you to upload additional images, you are welcome to try. However, if it does not support images from outside photographers, then it would not function for that purpose. I have also made a note on your account that you prefer to be contacted by email only. Please keep in mind that the calls you have been receiving are from our Outreach Team, whose purpose is to provide next steps, guidance, and additional resources to help you pursue modeling opportunities. Our Outreach Team is available to assist with questions about your products, industry resources, networking, and developing a strategy for moving forward. They have previously attempted to contact you by both phone and email and have left voicemails identifying themselves. They also send follow-up emails with next steps, along with their direct contact information. If you need to reach your assigned Outreach Specialist, I recommend checking your previous emails or voicemails, as those messages include their direct email address and phone number, which you can save for future reference. If you're unable to locate that information, please let me know, and I'd be happy to help. Kind Regards, Kendrick

Client emailed Hanna Marie Zayas Sun, Jul 12, 2:01?PM (1 day ago) to me Hi Kendrick, I understand the separate resolution options. Since finances are my main concern right now, I would prefer the reduction-and-refinance option. Could you please clarify what would be included in my package with this option? To be honest, I'm having a hard time with this situation because I'm still unhappy with my photos and don't see myself using them to apply to agencies. Because of that, it's difficult for me to justify continuing to make payments when I don't feel like I'm receiving something I'll actually use. Other than the photos, what services or products would still be included with the refinanced package? I'm really trying to look at the bright side and find some value in continuing these payments, but I'm struggling to see it at the moment. On top of everything, I'm also dealing with some personal issues and honestly am not in the right headspace to be applying to agencies, getting new digitals, or preparing for any of this right now. Thank you for explaining everything to me. -------------------------- I emailed Inquiries Studio 3:51?PM (0 minutes ago) to Hanna Hello Hanna, Thank you for your email. To clarify, the reduction and refinance offer would adjust your package price to $1,500, reflecting the products and services you have already received. With the $450 you have already paid applied toward the account, your remaining balance would be $1,050. I can also refinance the remaining balance over 18 months, reducing your monthly payments to approximately $58.33 to help make the account more manageable. As part of this adjustment, the Z-card would be removed from your package. However, you would still retain and receive all other products and services included in the adjusted package, including the materials that have already been delivered. The adjusted package would include the following products and services: Professional Images A professional photo shoot with industry-focused images created for modeling purposes. A selection of edited images delivered through the client portal for use in submissions, portfolios, and promotional materials. Talent/Model Guide A comprehensive guide designed to provide industry information, resources, and next steps. Includes guidance on building your modeling materials, preparing for opportunities, and navigating the industry. Includes recommended casting websites and agency resources (such as the listings provided within the guide). Personal Portfolio Website (when included in the selected package) A professional online portfolio showcasing your modeling images and information. Designed to provide an additional resource when presenting yourself to industry professionals. Additional Support Access to the Outreach Team for guidance on using your products, exploring casting resources, networking, and developing a strategy for moving forward in the industry. Please note that Studio1 provides professional materials, resources, and guidance to support clients in pursuing modeling opportunities. The package does not guarantee agency representation, bookings, or employment, as opportunities depend on each individual’s submissions, marketability, availability, and industry factors. If you would like to move forward with the reduction and refinance offer, please reply confirming, and I will be happy to apply the adjustment to your account for you. Kind Regards, Kendrick

Client emailed Hanna Marie Zayas Jul 8, 2026, 7:27?PM (19 hours ago) to me Hi Kendrick, I completely understand that a full cancellation may not be possible since the images have already been delivered. However, I haven't received the other products yet, such as the digital comp card. Would it be possible to cancel those items since they haven't been delivered? I also really appreciate you offering to reduce the package. That was very kind of you. My concern is that I'm still unhappy with the photos, so I don't feel like I would get any use out of the images or products as they are now. If reducing the package is the only option available, would the complimentary one-look reshoot still be included with that offer? At least then, I would have a chance to get photos that I actually feel comfortable using when I go to apply to agencies. My goal with this test shoot was to build a modeling portfolio, so I was honestly confused by the heavy makeup and the amount of editing in the photos. From what photographers have told me before, agencies usually prefer natural-looking digitals and tend to pass on images that look overly produced or heavily edited. Since this was my first test shoot, I didn't really know what to expect and trusted the process. I appreciate you taking the time to work with me, and I'm just hoping we can find a solution that makes sense for both of us. Thanks, Hanna Marie Zayas ----------------------- I emailed Inquiries Studio 2:39?PM (0 minutes ago) to Hanna Hello Hannah To answer your question regarding the removal of products, if you choose to move forward with the reduction and refinance offer, the Z-card would be removed from your package, and the account would be adjusted accordingly to reflect the remaining products and services included. I would also like to clarify that the options I provided were intended to address two separate concerns you brought forward. The complimentary one-look reshoot was initially offered to address your concerns regarding the images, including your feedback regarding the makeup, editing, and overall appearance of the photos. This was offered as a courtesy from me because I understood your concerns and wanted to provide a possible solution that would allow you the opportunity to capture images you felt more confident using for your modeling goals. When the reshoot option was presented, you expressed that you were not interested in moving forward with the reshoot and instead requested to cancel the agreement. At that point, the concern shifted from the image quality to the status of the agreement and account, which became a separate matter. The package reduction was then offered as a separate solution to address the account concerns by adjusting the package to reflect the remaining products and services included while helping make the balance more manageable. I also want to clarify that the package you currently have was already provided at a $1,000 reduction from the original package price, and this additional adjustment was offered as a further effort to assist with your concerns. With this in mind, these are separate resolution options intended to address different concerns, and we are unable to apply both offers to the account together. You would have the option to move forward with the complimentary reshoot to address the concerns with the images, or the account reduction and refinance option to address the financial concerns. Client emailed Hanna Marie Zayas Jul 7, 2026, 6:46?PM (23 hours ago) to me Hi Kendrick, Thank you for getting back to me. I'm sorry I missed your call. I’m currently at work, so email is the easiest way to reach me right now. I really appreciate the offer of a complimentary one-look reshoot. However, since signing the agreement, my financial situation has changed, and I no longer feel that I can afford the monthly payments. As I stated before, I was already disappointed with my initial experience. I wasn't happy with the makeup, and I don't feel the digitals accurately represented my natural appearance. Because of that, it's difficult for me to continue with the agreement or even take up the offer of a reshoot, especially given my current financial circumstances. I wanted to reach out and ask if there is any possibility of canceling my agreement. I understand the contract states it is non-cancelable, but unexpected life changes do happen, and I'm hoping an exception can be made. I would truly appreciate any flexibility you can offer. My goal is simply to end the agreement and have confirmation that no future payments will be withdrawn from my account or through any third-party financing. This would be a huge relief for me, and I would sincerely appreciate your understanding and consideration. Thank you for taking the time to read my email. I hope we can find a solution that works for both of us. Best, Hanna ------------------------------ I emailed Inquiries Studio 5:48?PM (0 minutes ago) to Hanna Hello Hannah, Thank you for your email and for explaining your situation. I understand that your financial circumstances have changed, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. I also understand that you were not satisfied with your initial experience, particularly regarding the makeup and how you felt the images represented you. That is why I offered the complimentary one-look reshoot—to give you the opportunity to retake your images at no additional cost. I completely understand, however, that you have decided not to move forward with that option. Regarding your request to cancel the agreement, I have reviewed your account. At this time, I am unable to approve a full cancellation. The agreement you signed is a legally binding purchase agreement, and your images have already been completed and delivered in accordance with its terms. At this time, products and services have been delivered in accordance with the agreement. That said, I would still like to work with you toward a solution. I can offer to reduce your package to $1,500, which reflects the products and services you have already received. With the $450 you have already paid applied to the account, the remaining balance would be $1,050. I can also refinance the remaining balance over 18 months, reducing your monthly payments to approximately $58.33 to help make the account more manageable. At this time, this is the best option I am able to offer. If you would like to move forward with this adjustment, please reply confirming, and I will be happy to apply it to your account. My goal is to find the best option available to help address your concerns while remaining within the terms of the agreement. client emailed: I went in yesterday for a photoshoot & purchased the model package. The lady I spoke with, Megan, was extremely kind & wonderful to talk with. Now I understand that I cannot receive a full refund due to what the contract says, but as I was looking at the pictures that I finally received today, I couldn't help but wonder why I had extremely heavy makeup on. I did tell the makeup artist I did not want heavy makeup & I wanted more of a natural look & it looked like I was the only one in the studio who had the heavy makeup on. When I initially looked at the photos right after, the pictures looked good, but I'm concerned about how my photos do not portray a natural look when agencies look at my portfolio or when I submit my digitals. I trusted what Megan said since she said these photos were great & something agencies would definitely like. However, I know that a little to no makeup look is highly recommended for digitals when submitting model applications. I just feel like I did not get much of a say in my makeup/hair. However, the makeup lady was nice, but I did not want to seem annoying by continuously telling her how to do my makeup & hair. I also let her know I wasn't happy with my hair much. I thought the whole purpose was to feel confident in modeling. Overall, I'm not happy with my makeup/hair in the photos & feel like they do not portray a great natural look at all. The photos, in general, were taken well & I have no issues with that. Since I am paying this company a lot of money, especially after letting them know I am struggling a bit with finances, I was wondering if there's another way around this? Either another photoshoot for better photos or a partial refund. I have not received anything in the mail & only received my photos & seen my efolio is up. Just starting to have second thoughts. I honestly don't feel super confident in my photos due to the heavy makeup & hair. Please let me know my options. I would love to talk to someone on the phone to go over this as I have more to say. I'm also in a monthly payment plan if that helps at all. fwd'd to inq - contract issue
