    I called client about missed payment and she said she got the images but did not receive anything else. I sent her the email with the website and comp card and follow up email with talent guide to ensure she has all the products. She then began saying she did not like the images. After review I let her know that she actually took 5 looks and extra images at no additional costs and got more than the typical standard package she financed. She kept saying she did not like them. I let her know that is her personal preference but these images are not for her and are intended to be used professionally and she has no professional feedback on her images as she has not sent them anywhere. I let her know if she is refusing to pay we will send her to collections and she said she has to see what she can do with them. I let her know she financed the products and I need payment or her account will go to collections. She said she will call me back

    Client called in sayign she got her website but doesnt like some of the images that were put in there. told her that she can change them out by loging in and change the pictures. said she didnt get the photos, told her they were sent to her email, said she didnt find the WT I sent her the link via text. she said she didnt like some of the athletic look photos and asked if she could retake them. told her we dont typically do single look retakes.
