That's why payment doesn't go through responded: Kindly note that your first request to cancel came well after we produced and delivered all of your materials. You also signed the contract acknowledging that the order was non-cancelable once executed. We cannot cancel your balance. If you continue to fail to make payments, the debt may be referred to a third-party agency for collection.

Told him I could help him refinance and make payment plan more manageable. He insisted that they won't make a single payment, said to send him to collections if necessary and to not call them again. He hung up right after.
