Kendall Lamy. Came in as a phone call to the studio on 26 Aug; Kendrick followed up in writing the same day: "I understand that this is not something you are interested in pursuing right now. However, as we discussed, all products included in your package have been delivered in accordance with the agreement. I have also reached out to our production team and requested that the products be resent to you so you have everything readily available."
Longest-standing of the six — shot Nov 2025, and the only one with a real payment record: $1,395 paid against a $3,000 package. Kendrick offered a $500 reduction to $2,500, leaving $1,105, refinanced over 12 months at about $92.08, and has asked production to resend the materials. Awaiting her acceptance.
$500 reduction and a 12-month refinance already offered. She has paid nearly half the package already, so this is a retention case rather than a write-off — keep the resend moving so the "products were no use" argument does not harden.
