The mother of the client called in to see if there was anything else we could do to assist her daughter.
She explained that the daughter shouldn't have moved forward because she cannot pay, goes to school, and the daughter basically didn't listen to her mom.
The mother was very understanding of the situation and wanted me to send her both offers I made, as well as the contract for her review, and she will rely on her choice.

September payment reduced to $100
Remaining balance refinanced over 18 months

Option 2
$1,000 reduction to your account balance
Remaining balance refinanced over approximately 25.5 months
New monthly payments of $100 per month
Please let me know which option works best for you. Once you confirm your selection, I’ll be happy to apply the adjustment to your account.
Below, I have also attached a copy of the contract for your review.

This client called asking about her cancellation request.
We can skip the August payment. Make the payment in September of 100, and will make the remaining payments after that: 136.11.
I told her she has been sent all products at this stage and the most we can offer is a 1000 reduction to the account, with the amount.
She asked to have this sent to her in writing for her to review.

This is an exclusive 3-year worldwide mother agency agreement with Freedom Models NY. A mother agency helps develop a model's career, finds placements with agencies around the world, negotiates contracts, and manages bookings.
There are no upfront representation fees in this agreement, which is generally a positive sign. Instead, the agency earns a 20% commission on work they book.
No upfront agency fee
The agency is paid only when the model works.
They handle negotiations
Freedom agrees to:
Market the model
Find bookings
Negotiate contracts
Collect payments
Manage scheduling
AI protection
The agreement states they cannot create AI or digital versions of the model without written approval.
Client approval on larger expenses
Most expenses over $100 require the model's approval.
Important Things to Know
1. Exclusive Worldwide Contract
This is probably the biggest commitment.
Once signed:
Freedom becomes the exclusive representative worldwide.
The model cannot sign with another modeling or management company without Freedom's involvement.
If another agency wants to represent the model, Freedom negotiates that relationship.
This is common for mother agencies, but it is a significant commitment.
2. Length of Contract
The agreement lasts:
3 years
After that:
It only renews if the model approves it in writing.
The agency, however, can terminate the agreement earlier if they choose.
3. Commission
Freedom receives:
20% of everything the model earns from bookings they manage.
This includes:
Modeling
Commercials
Acting
Social media campaigns
Brand partnerships
Endorsements
Personal appearances
A 20% commission is fairly standard.
4. All Payments Go Through the Agency
Clients pay Freedom first.
Freedom then pays the model after deducting:
their 20% commission
approved expenses
any outstanding advances
They state payment should be made within 15 business days after they receive payment.
5. Social Media Rules
If the model earns money from:
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
Sponsored posts
Those opportunities also go through Freedom.
The agreement also allows Freedom to request removal of social media posts they believe could negatively affect the model's career or the agency's reputation.
6. Professional Expectations
The model agrees to:
Stay available
Show up for bookings
Maintain their appearance
Respond to communications
Keep Freedom informed of travel and availability
Missing bookings without a valid emergency may make the model responsible for costs the agency incurs.
7. Visa Provision (International Models)
If Freedom pays to obtain a U.S. work visa:
the model may have to reimburse those visa expenses if certain conditions aren't met.
If your client is already authorized to work in the U.S., this section likely won't apply.
8. Expenses
Freedom may deduct:
approved travel
lodging
approved business expenses
advances
The model should always ask for receipts and understand what expenses are being charged.
9. Termination
Freedom can terminate the agreement if, for example, the model:
repeatedly misses bookings
doesn't communicate
damages their professional reputation
doesn't maintain professional standards
fails to repay advances
If the model believes Freedom breaches the agreement, they must notify Freedom in writing and allow 30 days to correct the issue.
10. After the Contract Ends
Freedom can still collect commission on jobs they negotiated before the agreement ended.
This is fairly common.
Questions to ask before you sign.
Will I have a specific agent assigned to me?
How often do you communicate with your models?
What types of clients do you regularly book?
How many models similar to me are currently represented?
How will you submit me for jobs?
How often can I expect updates?
Are there any additional costs not listed in the agreement?
Can I see examples of recent bookings?
Green Flags
No upfront representation fee
Standard 20% commission
AI usage requires written approval
Written approval required for most expenses
Professional mother agency structure
Renewal after the initial term requires the model's approval
In my opinion since there is no deadline to sign, I would ask the agent if you are allowed a few weeks to look it over and then see what Wilhelmina has to offer. Three years is a long time to commit to an agency, however it could be a great decision!
Please let me know what you decide to do!

Nothing here is tagged as Email AI — and it would not be:
no note in the CRM carries an AI marker, and there is no automated author among the 246
people who write notes. So this cannot yet tell you whether Email AI handled this client.
The moment Email AI stamps what it writes (anything will do — an [AI] prefix),
its messages appear here and every past thread re-sorts on the next gather.

Hello Thais,
Thank you for reaching out and for explaining your request.
We would like to clarify that our company does not operate as a subscription-based service. Instead, clients purchase a completed package of products and services, which may be financed over time.
The agreement you signed confirms your purchase and financing terms. As outlined in the agreement, the purchase is non-cancellable, and the fact that the agreement was signed less than 30 days ago does not change the terms of the agreement.
At this stage, all products included in your package have been delivered in accordance with the agreement, along with the resources provided to assist you in pursuing modeling opportunities. Because the contracted products and services have already been fulfilled, we are unable to accommodate your cancellation request.
If you have any questions about the products you received or would like assistance understanding or utilizing the resources available to you, please feel free to reach out. We are happy to assist you.
Kind Regards,
Kendrick

Hi Stephani!! I just had a few questions regarding agencies. I have a meeting in NYC with Wilhelmina on thursday, and potentially another one with Freedom models that day as well.
I know I cannot sign with multiple agencies in NYC, but freedom also markets in Miami and LA, would I be able to sign with them in a different city or is that still a conflict ?
Also, when I get a contract, do I have to sign it on the spot or am I able to take it, look it over, send it to you guys to look over and then give it back?
Thank you so much!

Hi!
Congratulations on your meetings with Wilhelmina and Freedom Models! That's exciting, and I wish you the best of luck.
Regarding your first question, it depends on the terms of the contract. Some agencies allow you to be represented in different markets by different agencies, while others have multiple offices and may want exclusive representation across all of their locations. If Freedom represents talent in Miami and Los Angeles, you'll want to see whether the agreement covers only one market or grants them representation in multiple markets. That's something to ask during your meeting as they know the terms of their contract and what it entails.
As for signing, you do not have to sign a contract on the spot. It's completely reasonable to thank the agency, let them know you'd like to take the agreement home to review, and ask for a day or two to look everything over. A reputable agency should understand and respect that.
Once you receive a contract, feel free to email it to me. I'll gladly review it with you, and point out any important terms back via email.
Best of luck at your meetings on Thursday! I hope they go wonderfully, and I look forward to hearing how everything goes.

Hello,
Congratulations on your agency interview! Here are some tips to help you make a great impression:
? Research the Agency
Review their website and social media.
Look at the types of models they represent and the work they book.
Prepare a few thoughtful questions about their process and expectations.
???? Dress Simply and Professionally
Wear fitted, solid-colored clothing that shows your natural proportions.
Avoid heavy makeup, excessive jewelry, or distracting patterns.
For children, neat and age-appropriate clothing is best.
???? Bring Your Materials
Have your comp card, resume, portfolio, or digital portfolio readily available.
If the meeting is virtual, ensure your files are organized and easy to share.
???? Be Yourself
Agencies are looking at personality and professionalism just as much as appearance.
Be friendly, confident, and authentic.
???? Be Ready to Answer Common Questions
Why do you want to model?
What type of modeling interests you?
Are you willing to travel?
What is your availability?
Do you have any previous experience?
???? Listen Carefully
Take notes if needed.
Make sure you understand any contract terms, commissions, fees, or expectations before agreeing to anything.
? Ask Questions
Some good questions include:
Is the contract exclusive or non-exclusive?
What commission do you charge?
How do you submit talent for jobs?
What types of clients do you work with?
What are your expectations for new talent?
???? Watch for Red Flags
Pressure to sign immediately.
Promises of guaranteed jobs or income.
Requests for large upfront fees for representation.
Unclear contract language.
Refusal to explain commissions or terms.
???? Follow Up
Send a brief thank-you email after the interview.
Express your appreciation for their time and reiterate your interest.
Remember, the agency is evaluating whether you're a good fit for them, but you're also evaluating whether they're a good fit for you. Take your time, ask questions, and make sure you feel comfortable with the opportunity.
Good luck!!
