Kindly note that you entered into a legally binding finance agreement with the studio, which includes clear terms and conditions regarding cancellation. The studio has already incurred all costs associated with the $3,000.00 order that you placed. The images and model guide were sent to you on 11/17/2025, and the website and z-card were delivered on 11/24/2025. The contract you signed to confirm your order is a legally binding agreement and, as such, it cannot be canceled. All materials included in your package were delivered in accordance with the terms and within the time frame outlined in the agreement.
