What the contract states According to Section 9 – Buyer's Right to Cancel: Cancellation requests must be sent by email only to Jcraleighhelp@outlook.com. If you cancel within three (3) calendar days of signing: The contract states that all monies paid up to that point are non-refundable, including the $295 registration fee. If you cancel after three (3) calendar days: No refunds will be issued. The contract states that a $200 administrative cancellation fee is required to terminate the agreement. Since the agreement was signed on July 8, 2026, and today's date is July 14, 2026, you are outside the three-day cancellation period described in the contract. Under the terms of the contract as written, they may require the $200 administrative cancellation fee to terminate the agreement, and they state that payments already made are non-refundable. My recommendation I would send the cancellation notice immediately to the email address listed in the contract so there is a written record that you requested termination. You should also request written confirmation that: the agreement has been terminated, recurring payments have been stopped, and no additional charges will be processed beyond any amount they believe is required under the contract.
