Who moved it? GHL records no createdBy on an opportunity, so this is evidence rather than an audit log. It does record source: our push always stamps CRM Daily Sales, while an opportunity a person creates by hand in the GHL UI carries no source at all. So a duplicate with that source was re-pushed by our automation; one with no source was created by a person.
Did WE add it twice? counts how many copies carry our CRM Daily Sales stamp. Two or more means our automation genuinely created the same sale more than once — nobody moved anything, we simply added it again. This is the number that matters: it is our fault, not the team's.
The manual copies all landed in Stephanie's pipeline on 20 Jul and are Hammad moving Michael's wrongly-routed leads (confirmed by Neil). That was remediation of OUR bad routing, not a cause of duplication — and in 27 of those 30 we had already double-added before he touched them.
Now in is the column the duplicate copy currently sits in. Paid in full / Financed are the landing columns — a duplicate still sitting there has never been worked by anyone. Assigned to is who owns it now, which is not necessarily who moved it.
